I am not sure if it helps us clear this up or not but maps show a Large forest park in area of hovering Cloud. But I am unable to say oh sure there is a cloud there that didnt move off and on for days...due to some forest trees...I cannot make such a claim. I still say ALL cloud hovering in area is odd....
